Creating a Tribute Fund is a positive way to remember and celebrate the life of someone special whilst contributing to the work of Brain Tumour Research.

How your Fund helps

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer... yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research is allocated to this devastating disease. This is unacceptable! We are striving to fund a network of seven dedicated research centres.

Brain tumours are a devastating disease but the motivation to support our cause from the families who’ve lost loved ones is amazing. Their support is recognised in our Centres of Excellence – find out how you could place a tile on our Wall of Hope. Together we will find a cure.

About Brain Tumour Research

Giving Hope in Loving Memory

BRT
“My husband Paul died in June 2014 after he lost his brave battle with a brain tumour. Paul’s story is not unique, not unusual and not fair. The only way families will ever hear the words we longed for - 'there is a cure' - is through research moving forward. Brain Tumour Research is massively underfunded and Paul wanted to change that. I therefore felt it a fitting tribute to ensure that funeral donations were given to a cause close to both our hearts; with the hope that funds raised in his memory would go directly to helping find a cure for future generations.” - Jen Halfpenny
